It really gives a structured explanation to failures & successes you may have experienced in design. Working solely on instincts can turn subjective very quickly. But becoming more aware of behavioral patterns really simplifies the design process – it eliminates 'bad' options. You really can't take this class as a designer without it sucking you in. The information feels critical to absorb. The test user videos were SO interesting to watch! I loved it! Group activities were great as well. Day 1 workshop was amazing. Our group connected with each other very quickly. Day 2…not so much. We struggled with 1 persons technical issues MAJORITY of the time. And 2 others wouldn't participate. So it was a team of me & 1 other. Kudos to Therese for putting together a brilliant session! She seemed in her element, did a superb job presenting, & keeping it all SO interesting! Taking a moment to briefly demonstrate the workshop was very considerate of her.
