Best-practice management techniques for people who are new to managing user-experience teams
This course is for people who are either new to management, new to managing User Experience teams, or interested in becoming managers. This course is also for existing managers who want to learn more about best-practice management techniques.
This course is focused on industry best practices. The course includes lectures and some group exercises to practice applying the learned concepts.
