Do-it-yourself user tests: Plan, conduct, and analyze your own studies, using in-person, remote, or online methods
In teams, you will practice planning and conducting a usability study during this course and receive immediate expert feedback. Lecture segments introduce topics and techniques.
Many of these topics are also covered in our Qualitative Research Series. In addition to usability testing, the series also covers other key user research methodologies, like user interviews, remote research, and field studies. The series takes place over a longer period of time (5 consecutive half-days), and features two expert instructors instead of one.
Attending this course and passing the exam earns 1 UX Certification credit, which also counts towards the optional UX Research Specialty.
