For years, User Experience Professionals (UXP’s) have wanted a seat at the leadership table. Now it’s happening more frequently. But many UX VP’s and directors are ill equipped to influence, communicate, and succeed at the executive level.
Working successfully with executives requires a different, concise, business-focuses articulation of and commitment to user experience. UX executives can drive business objectives and deliver on corporate goals.
