Lillian Yang (양정안) is a Research Assistant with Nielsen Norman Group, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her research with NN/g, Lillian focuses on cross-cultural design.
Her previous work experience includes projects in a variety of industries, including energy, fintech, healthcare, and consumer electronics. Lillian holds a BFA in Media Interaction Design and a BA in Art History from Ewha Womans University. She plans to graduate with a MS in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute in 2023.
