Jennifer Junge

User Experience Specialist

Jennifer Junge is a User Experience Specialist with Nielsen Norman Group who specializes in strategy, analytics, UX research, and interaction design.

Prior to joining NN/g, Jen worked as the Director of UX and CRO at a digital marketing agency and as the UX Specialist with the Kelley School of Business’ Indiana Business Research Center. She helps companies develop great products, works with nonprofits to create value, and trains the future of UX practitioners.

Jen holds a Master of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction from Indiana University in Indianapolis, as well as a Bachelor of Science in New Media Arts and Science.

Jen is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
