Account Manager and User Experience Specialist

Jenny Wu is an Account Manager and UX Specialist with Nielsen Norman Group. With a background in UX, marketing and advertising, she is responsible for identifying how NN/g can provide value to potential clients and support current clients.

Throughout Jenny’s career, she has helped her teams and clients think strategically and practically. She has served as a business, marketing and communications strategist for companies and clients in high tech, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. Before joining NN/g she was a strategic brand liaison between advertising agencies and their clients. In this role, she oversaw market research, strategic and tactical planning and creative briefings. 

Jenny started her career as a UX research specialist which exposed her to the importance and challenges of marrying consumer needs and business priorities with thoughtful design. She was a co-author of NN/g’s Intranet Guidelines reports, and has taught various UX seminars about web design, research, and accessibility.
