Page Laubheimer is a Senior User Experience Specialist with Nielsen Norman Group. He helps organizations focus on delivering outstanding user experience in order to achieve their strategic goals. He combines his expertise in website usability with experience managing a team of designers and developers to successfully implement UX best practices across a range of platforms.
Prior to joining NN/g, Page was a Project Manager at Newfangled Web Developers, guiding the UX design process of websites in a wide variety of industries. At Newfangled, Page designed a top venture capital firm’s technology recruitment portal and candidate search web application. He has consulted with a variety of prominent clients on improving the usability of large-scale B2B sites in a range of markets, including: advertising and marketing, real estate, sporting event registration, and energy efficiency solutions. He has also lead the development of websites and extranet platforms for professional organizations, conferences, and non-profits.
His research findings and recommendations are also informed by his background in library and information science, with special focus on the usability of rich web applications. Page is also a Certified Scrum Master®.
